The Pandora "bubble" is sending music through the underwater wires for the characters to enjoy, isn't that part of what Pandora does, provides the most unusual places with music via the internet? This was a fun, whimsy way of illustrating Pandora's process to children. I appreciate all the comments.
Remember, it's supposed to support youth music education as well. I think this one is pretty good.
